CV and Career Data
- The CV document you upload (PDF)
- Text extracted from your CV including employment history, qualifications and skills
- AI-generated rewrites and analyses of your CV
- Job descriptions you paste for matching purposes
Payment Information
We do not store your card details. Payments are processed by PayFast (Pty) Ltd. Only a payment reference and plan status are stored by us.

6. Data Retention
We keep your account and CV data until you delete it. Payment records are kept for 5 years as required by South African tax law. You may request deletion of your account and all associated data by emailing sales@cvhero.co.za.
